IgniteHER: Stem for Girls

The lgniteHER STEM for Girls event is an annual one-day STEM Conference coordinated by Kern County Superintendent of Schools (KCSOS) in partnership with Bakersfield College. This FREE event is designed to spark girls' interest in various STEM career pathways, empowering them with new skills and positive role models in STEM. This conference will be held on November 14, 2026 at Bakersfield College and will include engaging speakers and interactive workshops, targeting middle school girls in grades 5th-8th.

Breakfast and lunch are included; please have buses park in stadium parking lot.
